Who says that Aperol is only a summer drink? Not us!
We’ve got the perfect autumn combination of Aperol and Chambord so you don’t have to put the Aperol away just yet. Chambord is the perfect fruity addition to Aperol to give it a richer and warmer flavour.
Aperol is usually made with a 3, 2, 1 ratio – 3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts Aperol and 1 part soda water. The recipe below mixes up the ratio for you to create your own Autumn Aperol Spritz.
