Gin or Rum Tasting Experiences are perfect for your next Team Event, Social Event, Exhibition Stand or Networking Activity.
We have been hosting gin and rum events for a huge variety of businesses over the last 7 years and these experiences always excite people. They work brilliantly as a way to reward your team (who doesn’t love a thank you in the form of gin or rum!). They also work really well as an added incentive to entice prospects to your event, keep them there longer and to keep them talking. All of which are key for successful networking events and opportunities to showcase your business offering.
We can tailor the perfect package to suit your event brief and objectives.
We are based in Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire; but we are a fully mobile business and come to you! The core area we cover includes Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. We regularly travel to Birmingham, Oxford and the Cotswolds.
For larger bookings (typically a minimum of 50 guests) we can also travel to London, Cardiff, Sheffield and Manchester.

£40.00 + VAT per person based on a group of 15 guests
How does it work?
One of our gin & rum loving tasting team will host your virtual experience via Zoom (or a video platform of your choice) and your session will last for 1 hour.
We require all names, addresses and email addresses for every member of your tasting team no later than 2 weeks before your event.
Each guest will receive their tasting kit in the post in the week running up to the tasting experience.
We will email all guests with instructions on how to join the private video call as well as any details of what is needed for the session (for example, glassware, ice and fruit).
How do I book?
Please complete the contact form below or email email@example.com. We will reply with ALL the details you need to know about our virtual tasting experiences including cost per person and how it works. Once we have agreed on an available date and start time, we will send you a template to complete with guest details and also send you an invoice for your booking. Once this has been paid, we will start preparing and sending out your gin and rum tasting kits.

We’ve hosted sessions for up to 500 guests at one time but the average group size is around 15. You just have to bear in mind that the larger the group, the less interactive the session might become for all guests.
