With the King’s Coronation nearly here we’ve got three easy to create gin cocktails for you to make for the perfect celebration.
DUBONNET AND GIN
Our first cocktail was Queen Elizabeth’s favourite and is a perfect combination of our Queen Cleo London Dry and the spicy and herby Dubonnet.
Created by Pernod Ricard, Dubonnet is a French drink which combines fortified wine and herbs and spices to create a lovely taste combination with gin. Like tonic, Dubonnet also contains quinine so sits well with a London Dry gin.
It’s simple to make and is a lovely elegant drink to share and to toast our late Queen.
