Looking for an experience that’s as entertaining as it is delicious? Our Cocktail Masterclass & Tasting is the perfect way to shake up your next event. Guided by our expert hosts, your group will learn the art of mixology while making (and enjoying!) incredible cocktails.
We provide everything your guests need to become cocktail makers for the day (or night). Each person will have their own set-up, so they can create drinks step by step with our guidance. The experience includes:

We can host your cocktail masterclass in person at your chosen venue or online, with cocktail kits delivered straight to your guests in advance.
That means whether you’re gathering a small group of friends or connecting hundreds of colleagues, everyone gets the same great experience.
LOCATIONS
We are based in Solihull, West Midlands; but we are a fully mobile business and come to you! The core area we cover includes the West Midlands, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Staffordshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. We regularly travel to Birmingham, Oxford and the Cotswolds.

Your in-person cocktail tasting experience includes:
A private, hosted cocktail tasting experience with The Little Gin & Rum Company
1 x welcome cocktail to enjoy on arrival
3 x premium cocktails to make and drink
Guests will be shown how to make 3 cocktails, including a layered cocktail and a classic cocktail
The hosted experience lasts for approximately 90 minutes, with your very own cocktail loving host!
The package includes all equipment and ingredients required for your party to make and enjoy their own cocktails
£40-45pp based on a minimum group of 12
(Travel time up to 1.5 hours from Solihull)

How does it work?
Our tasting experiences are fully mobile. That means we will bring the gin (or rum) to you, in your work space or hired venue.
We provide everything required for the tasting experience including ice, glassware and garnishes.
We will send you a full breakdown of what is included in your package and the price per head prior to securing your booking so you know exactly what to expect on the day of your event.
Alternatively, you and your guests can enjoy our cocktail tasting experience online. We’ll send out all of the ingredients before the day and talk you through the cocktails on Zoom.
How long does your gin tasting experience last for?
Our cocktail tasting experience will last for approximate 90 minutes in person and one hour on-line. We can also tweak the timings to suit your event brief and what is included in your package.
How do I book?
Please complete the contact form below or email bookings@littleginandrumco.com. We will reply with ALL the details you need to know about our tasting experience including package options, cost per person and how it works.
Once we have agreed on an available date and start time, we will send you a deposit invoice to secure your booking. We will send you the final balance invoice to be paid 30 days before your event.
Your deposit is fully refundable up to 90 days before your event, after this date we cannot offer a deposit refund but we may be able to transfer the booking for you if we have a minimum of 30 days notice and this is subject to availability.
What is your COVID policy?
If Government guidelines dictate that your event cannot go ahead we will transfer your booking to a future date, or if there is enough lead time, we can offer a virtual tasting experience alternative.
If members of your group cannot attend the experience because they are isolating we cannot offer a refund or option to transfer the booking to a future event.
When do I pay for my booking?
All bookings are invoiced ahead of your event. For any bookings over a month away we will issue a deposit invoice of £10 per person that will need to be paid to secure your booking and date. The balance payment will then be invoiced a month before your event and just needs to be paid at least 10 working days ahead of your event.
What is a suitable venue?
Your home or place of work, a hotel or any hired premises (subject to the owners permission.)
We are a fully mobile business which means we don’t have a venue or premises you can visit. We ALWAYS bring the cocktails to you!
Do you offer alternatives for non-drinkers?
Yes we do! We have a non-alcoholic tasting for any non-drinkers in your group so they can feel included within the experience.
Can you include any food?
We can provide a selection of pre-packaged posh nibbles to munch on during the tasting experience for an additional cost per person.
What is the minimum/ maximum group size?
We require a minimum of 12 guests for a cocktail tasting experience.
We don’t like to set a maximum number and can chat through options on how the tasting format works best for larger groups, with your event brief in mind. We think the sweet spot is 25 for a really interactive session but have hosted fantastic tasting experiences for 100+ guests in one room…
How do I pay for my booking?
Virtual Cocktail Tasting
We also offer a virtual cocktail tasting experience – connecting friends, family and work colleagues afar, with lashings of fun and spirits!
Your guests will receive all the ingredients before the event in one of our special tasting boxes. You can either host on an online platform or we can host it for you on Zoom.
