We know that lots of couples choose to create their own special wedding experience and we love being part of the celebration. Whether your wedding is in the back garden, a friend’s field or a dry hire venue our mobile bar will help you to celebrate in style. Tell us where you need us and we’ll take care of everything else.
Our packages include fully trained bar hosts, glasses, ice, garnishes and, of course, lashings of gin and rum. We also offer cocktails, which we can theme to your event, Prosecco, bottled beers or other spirits if you prefer.
We know that every wedding is unique so our packages are completely flexible. You can pre-pay for all of the drinks, pre-pay for some of the drinks or we can offer a cash/card bar on the day (deposit required to save the date).
We are based in Solihull, West Midlands; but we are a fully mobile business and come to you! The core area we cover includes West Midlands, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
For larger bookings (typically a minimum of 50 guests) we can also travel to London, Cardiff, Sheffield and Manchester.

How does it work?
Our wedding bars are fully mobile. That means we will bring the gin and rum to you, in your home, garden or hired venue.
We provide everything required including ice, glassware and garnishes.
We will send you a full breakdown of what is included in your package and the price per head prior to secure your booking so you know exactly what to expect on the day.
How long is the bar available for?
We will work with you to agree the times you need us. For some it might be a couple of hours but for others they might want us all day. We will tweak the timings to suit your event brief and what is included in your package.
How do I book?
Please complete the contact form below or email email@example.com. We will reply with ALL the details you need to know about our pop up bar including package options, cost per person and how it works.
Once we have agreed on an available date and times, we will send you a deposit invoice to secure your booking. We will send you the final balance invoice to be paid 30 days before your event.
Your deposit is fully refundable up to 90 days before your event, after this date we cannot offer a deposit refund but we may be able to transfer the booking for you if we have a minimum of 30 days notice and this is subject to availability.
What is your COVID policy?
If Government guidelines dictate that your event cannot go ahead we will transfer your booking to a future date if available.
If any of your guests cannot attend the wedding because they are isolating we cannot offer a refund or option to transfer the booking to a future event.
When do I pay for my booking?
All bookings are invoiced ahead of your event. For any bookings over a month away we will issue a deposit invoice that will need to be paid to secure your booking and date. The balance payment will then be invoiced a month before your event and just needs to be paid at least 10 working days ahead of your event. For cash/card bars we will require a deposit to save your date – this is refundable after the event.
What is a suitable venue?
Your home, your garden, or a dry hire venue are perfect but we are always open to suggestions (venues are subject to the owner’s permission).
We are a fully mobile business which means we don’t have a venue or premises you can visit. We ALWAYS bring the gin/ rum to you!
Do you offer alternatives for non-drinkers?
Yes we do! We have a non-alcoholic alternative for any non-drinkers in your party so they can feel included within the wedding.
Can you include any food?
We can provide a selection of bar nibbles at an additional cost.
What is the minimum/ maximum group size?
We require a minimum of 50 guests for a cash/card bar.
For pre-paid options this is negotiable dependent on requirements, distance and other factors.
How do I pay for my booking?
