Gin Tasting Experiences

If your guests love gin, they’ll love our gin tasting experiences. We’ll take you on a guided journey through carefully selected gins, exploring botanicals, flavour notes, and perfect serves. From classic London Dry to contemporary styles, our tastings are ideal for hen dos, weddings, or team socials where gin is always in the spotlight.

Cocktail Tasting & Masterclasses

Want something more hands-on? Our cocktail tasting experiences and masterclasses let guests shake, stir, and sip their way through the art of mixology. Guided by our expert hosts, your group will discover new flavours, learn pro tips, and of course, enjoy a few perfectly mixed drinks.

Our tastings can be hosted virtually via an online platform (with tasting kits delivered in advance) or in person at your chosen venue. LOCATIONS

We are based in Solihull, West Midlands; but we are a fully mobile business and come to you! The core area we cover includes West Midlands, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.   We can also travel to other parts of the UK.

FAQs

How does it work?

Our tasting events are tailored to your event whether it’s a conference for 300 people or a private hen-do for 15 friends and bridesmaids.  We create a tasting package that works for you.  

How long is the tasting for?

Our tasting events usually last 1 to 3 hours but can last longer depending on the style of your event.  When we provide a price for your event we will take into account the amount of time you need. 

How do I book?

Please complete the contact form below or email bookings@littleginandrumco.com. We will reply with ALL the details you need to know about our package options. 

Once we have agreed on an available date and times, we will send you a deposit invoice to secure your booking. 

Your deposit is fully refundable up to 90 days before your event, after this date we cannot offer a deposit refund but we may be able to transfer the booking for you if we have a minimum of 30 days notice subject to availability.

What is your COVID policy?

If Government guidelines dictate that your event cannot go ahead we will transfer your booking to a future date if available. 

If any of your guests cannot attend the event because they are isolating we cannot offer a refund or option to transfer the booking to a future event.

When do I pay for my booking?

All pre-paid bookings are invoiced ahead of your event. For any bookings over a month away we will issue a deposit invoice that will need to be paid to secure your booking and date. The balance payment will then be invoiced a month before your event and just needs to be paid at least 10 working days ahead of your event.  

What is a suitable venue?

Your home, or a dry hire venue are perfect but we are always open to suggestions (venues are subject to the owner’s permission).  Hotels and conference venues are usually open to us being there but we will require permission.

Do you offer alternatives for non-drinkers?

Yes we do! We have a non-alcoholic alternative for any non-drinkers in your party so they can feel included within the event.  Any non-drinkers must be confirmed before the event. 

Can you include any food?

We can provide a selection of bar nibbles at an additional cost.  

What is the minimum/maximum group size?

For online and face-to-face our minimum group size is usually 12 attendees..  Maximum group bookings will depend on the type of event you are looking for.  Formal sit down tastings would usually be up to 40 but informal tastings can cater for 300 attendees plus.  Get in touch with an outline of your event and we’ll be happy to provide you a quote no matter how big or small your event is.

How do I pay for my booking?

All our invoices contain bank details to enable you to make a bank transfer payment. This is free of charge and your invoice number should be used as the payment reference. If you would prefer to pay by debit or credit card just let us know and we can send a payment link to enable you to do so. For any business to business transactions (for example payment on a company credit card) there will be a 2.5% fee added to your invoice.
